EXAMPLE WORKFLOW · SAMPLE INQUIRIES
Every inquiry needs
an owner and a next step.
Try a simple inquiry-to-follow-up process. Add an inquiry, assign responsibility, set a date, and review overdue work. This demonstrates part of a separately scoped workflow setup.

Follow-up queue
Try it: choose Overdue only, edit an inquiry to a future date, then see it leave the overdue queue.
Dates use your device's local calendar. Won and Closed records are excluded from overdue counts.
On a small screen, swipe the table sideways to see all columns and the Edit button.

Handover: how to run this process
- Record each new inquiry once. Give it an owner, next action and follow-up date.
- Review the overdue and due-today queues each business day.
- Contact customers through your approved channels. This demo does not send messages.
- After contact, update the status, next action and due date. Use Won or Closed when complete.
- Export a backup after changes. Restore it on another device only using sample data in this demo.
Five-minute acceptance check
- Add a sample inquiry with yesterday's date. It should appear in Overdue only.
- Edit its date to tomorrow. It should leave the overdue queue.
- Mark it Won. Open count should decrease and Won count increase.
- Enable device saving, refresh, and confirm the record remains.
- Export, reload sample examples, then restore the backup. Confirm your edited record returns.
What a customer implementation still requires
Agree the client's tools, data access, deliverables, delivery date and test criteria. Any inbox integration, reminders, cloud storage, AI drafting or maintenance needs separate configuration and validation. This sample demo is not evidence of customer savings or completed deployment.
Want this adapted to your business?
The $499 Follow-Up Recovery Pilot covers one agreed inquiry workflow: a tracker, owners and next actions, three reply templates, one supported internal reminder rule, testing and handover. Scope, access and delivery dates are confirmed before payment. The optional $149 Workflow Decision Review helps identify what to improve; broader admin automation starts at $750. Software and ongoing maintenance are separate. This manual demo does not include these connected services.
